This is an exciting opportunity; due to our ongoing success we need to build on our current booking team and are looking for Customer Service Agents to join us in June.

About us

When and where will I work?
You'll work an 8-hour shift Monday-Friday scheduled between 7am and 7pm. Additionally you'll work one Saturday or Sunday per month, with a weekday off in lieu.

This is a hybrid role, initially based in our office (conveniently located in a new development in S41 offering excellent public transport links) whilst you complete your training.

Once you have learnt the ropes you will be able to work from home 2-3 days per week (performance depending).

Do I need experience?
Nope We offer comprehensive training, and our systems provide clear instructions.

All we ask is that you have a willingness to learn, a strong team ethic and a friendly, enthusiastic approach to our customers.

What will I be doing?

Your role will involve taking calls from our drivers for maintenance and repair bookings, ensuring they remain mobile and their vehicles well-maintained.

Whether it's facilitating a late-night food delivery by fixing a punctured tyre or arranging breakdown support for a stranded driver, you will handle calls efficiently and identify the appropriate booking requirements.
