Description
A regional civil engineering contractor are recruiting a Site Agent for projects in Hampshire up to £10m.

The business is a principal contractor who work with local authorities and private sector clients on projects including road widening, bridge construction,public realm work and section 278 works.


In return the contractor can offer the opportunity to progress your career in a growing private business with regional offices up and down the country that has seen a YOY increase of turnover upwards of £120m this year.

Site Agent duties include:

  • Writing Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Production and integration of 3week programmes
  • Manage designs from the inhouse and external designers
  • Collaborate with the project team on resource, plant and material requirements
  • Training and mentoring the junior members of the engineering team
  • Demonstrate value engineering throughout the construction process
  • Managing RFI's and Technical Queries
  • Raising early warnings and compensation events with the commercial team
