Blue Grass Ground Maintenance Ltd is a small independent business established in 2009. We look after commercial sites as well as residential clients in and around the Knowle/Dorridge/Solihull area.

We are looking for a ground maintenance assistant to join our small team delivering high standards in all that we do.

We mainly carry out lawn mowing and hedge cutting for domestic clients and all round maintenance for commercial client (apartments, village halls, churches, pubs etc).

We don't carry out groundworks or so there is no confusion

_Your own transport (car/moped) is essential to and from our base in Barston, Solihull as we are not served well by public transport.
Work van will be used for traveling to and from sites._

Job Role:

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday throughout the year no expectation to work on your weekends or bank holidays We start at 07:45 and aim to be finished around 4pm.

You will be provided with all PPE, company uniform and full waterproofs as we work in all weathers.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lawn mowing
Strimming
Hedge cutting
Pruning
Maintenance of shrubs
Leaf clearance
Sweeping/clearing
Delivering a firstclass service to our clients

Salary:
£22,000 - £25,000 per year ( equivalent to £10.58ph - £12.02ph)
