They have full-time permanent roles as well as a 1-year FTC maternity cover available, all working on a hybrid basis.

Shifts are on a weekly rotational basis, falling between 7am - 7pm (Monday to Friday).

Once a two-week onsite training period has been completed, the successful Customer Service Agent will attend the office for just two consecutive days a week.

There is parking available on site and the office is easily accessible by public transport.


Responsibilities:


  • Quickly deal with incoming customer calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Accurately make bookings and advise clients on suitable options. Recognising that some information and items are highly sensitive/confidential.
  • Keep clients informed of any issues or delays with their deliveries.
  • Log calls and update client details on Salesforce.
  • Liaise with staff across all departments and service centres as necessary.
  • Monitor personal performance ensuring targets are met, reporting any shortfalls to your line manager.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Customer focused and able to demonstrate high levels of customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Able to use own initiative and solve problems.
  • Willing and flexible to respond positively to challenges.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Reliable team player who can effectively work in challenging circumstances.
  • Previous call centre/contact centre experience.
  • High levels of punctuality and attendance.

Salary:
£22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
