Preston - in office 1 day per week

One of my top clients are looking for a Principal Engineer/Infrastructure Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.


As this is a managerial role, you will be looking after 12 engineers, whilst also being hands on with the infrastructure and implementing new solutions.

We are looking for someone to lead and motivate a team of likeminded highly technical Engineers.


Experience:


  • VMware/HyperV experience
  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft/Office36/Exchange
  • On Prem and The Cloud
  • Managerial Experience
  • Window Servers
  • Any Public Sector Industry Experience
  • Public Sector

Key responsibilities:


  • Managing 12 Engineers
  • Maintaining Infrastructure of 1000 Serves and 9000 Users
  • Recommending Infrustructure Solutions and Installing them from Scratch
  • Working in a Hybrid, On Prem and The Cloud Environment
  • Installing and Migrating Microsoft Servers
