We are currently recruiting a Face to Face Fundraiser to join our established Fundraising Department.

The purpose of the role will be to support the Havens Hospices Lottery & Regular Giving (Special Friends) growth within a specified geographic areas or venues to secure new supporters on a long-term basis.

To recruit new Lottery members or regular givers on a longterm basis through a range of facetoface channels and attendance at events and agreed sites.
To achieve set targets within each 4week period.
To work within the legal framework, and guidelines from the Gambling Commission, Data Protection and Fundraising Regulator.
Utilise appropriately branded resources, such as popup stands & podium, to present Havens Hospices' charitable activities proactively.
To securely collect and store new members' data in line with Havens Hospices processes and Data Protection and ensuring that this is uploaded within agreed timescale.
To ensure that facetoface selling is delivered professionally, enthusing our core charitable aims and values, within the guidelines of Havens Hospices policies and procedures.
To work flexibly across the week, including weekends, to attend identified sites to maximise our reach and potential members.
To proactively support the identification of new and appropriate sites and maintain relationships with existing venues.
Ensure knowledge of Havens Hospices charitable work is uptodate in order to respond fully to enquiries.
Undertaking ad hoc duties as may be reasonably requested withing the responsibilities of the role to ensure efficient and effective working across Havens Hospices
