Interested in working for a leading agriculture company renowned for it's culture and staff well-being standards?

Agrii are looking for a creative & dynamic Marketing Lead to join our personable and aspirational Marketing Team on a full-time basis.

The role is home-based (tech-package provided), with travel expected across the nation in order to spearhead Agrii's presence at a multitude of agriculture-based events, shows and fairs.

This a short-term contract, however, there is potential for extension.

The role:

As the marketing lead at Agrii, you will partner with allocated business teams to lead and strategically shape the marketing of Agrii advice, products and services, whilst developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.

You will also be required to coordinate and attend internal and industry events.

Additional Responsibilities:

Plan multichannel brand activities and targeted campaigns.
Manage team budgets and liaise with 3rd party suppliers.
Assist in social media, website, and content management.
Execute marketing tasks such as proofreading, event attendance, webinars, and market research.
Maintain marketing platforms (SharePoint, OneDrive, File Storage, MS Teams).
Collaborate on iFarm events, increasing footfall and implementing followup campaigns.
Drive business development through lead generation and datadriven marketing solutions.

Requirements:
