Time Appointments are working alongside a successful transport and logistics organisation based in the Felixstowe to recruit a standalone Credit Controller.

This company provide a lively and friendly office environment and have a focus on people rather thanprocess.


The main purpose of the role is to oversee the Credit Control functions along with the Sales ledger but also to support the Financial Controller in the administration of billing and debt collection.


Specifically this will include:

  • Sending monthly statements and chaser letters
  • Chasing outstanding debts and hitting collections targets
  • Entering receipts and allocating cash
  • Escalating overdue debts and supporting with legal action letters where needed
  • Producing debt reports
  • Supporting the daily banking process
  • Resolving supplier invoice queries
  • Receiving cash payments
