BAE Systems Digital Intelligence is home to 4,500 digital, cyber and intelligence experts.

We work collaboratively across 10 countries to collect, connect and understand complex data, so that governments, nation states, armed forces and commercial businesses can unlock digital advantage in the most demanding environments.

Part time 25 hours per week over 3,4 or 5 days. We will agree a working pattern with the successful applicant.


The role primarily involves, but is not limited to, the assistance of Project Managers (within the Delivery Management function) to set up, operate and assure the processes directly associated with Delivery Management.


Essential:


  • Confident user of Excel and able to pickup new Apps such as SAP and BPC (training provided)
  • Thorough and diligent in their work (executing standardised and repeatable tasks providing support to projects)
  • Enjoys delivering a backlog of administrative tasks to a high standard and that are relied upon by the wider team
  • Proactive, good communicator, enjoys working with people, happy to multitask and change priorities
  • Onsite Dedication: Work onsite (Guildford) to immerse yourself in our secure environment.

  • Security Clearance: The role requires a UK national who is willing to get a DV clearance.
