Warehouse Operative

12-month Fixed Term Contract

Bedford

Salary - £19,000 per annum

Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Our client is looking for a hard-working individual to join their friendly warehouse team.

You will be required to pick and pack items and prepare orders for shipping to meet dispatch deadlines.


Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to easily lift cartons weighing up to 15 kgs, as well as possess a good standard of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.


What you'll need to succeed:


  • Experience of working in a warehouse role
  • Experience of working in a pharmaceutical environment would be advantage, but not essential
  • Be organised, with great attention to detail
  • Work quickly to a high level of accuracy
  • Be a team player and follow the instructions of supervisors
  • Good communication and numeracy skills, both written and verbal, with a good command of English
  • Have general health and safety awareness
  • Ideally computer literate in Word & Excel
