Our client is looking to recruit a Recruitment Manager.

Duties will include the following

Co ordinating work load of recruitment team.
Receiving and processing recruitment request from managers
Managing recruitment campaigns
Reviewing preemployment check information
Send weekly invoice analysis report to senior staff for cash flow analysis.

The client is looking for the following pre-requisites: Experience of designing and conducting fair and objective recruitment selection and assessment processes for a variety of types and levels of roles in an organisation.

Experience of advising managers on appropriate recruitment approaches to meet their specific needs
The demonstrable ability to develop recruitment processes, systems and policies
Previous all round recruitment experience gained within any public sector or not for profit environment
