We are currently recruiting for eight Customer Service Advisors to join a leading firm based in Trafford Park on a permanent basis.

The team of Customer Service Advisors are responsible for providing an outstanding level of service to all customers.

They must ensure customer queries are dealt with in an efficient and accurate manner, with fair customer outcomes at the heart of everything they do.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Taking calls from customers in order to deal with any account queries that they have
  • Answering queries and if they cannot be answered, directing the customer to the relevant department or team leader
  • Ensuring that good customer outcomes are promoted at all times
  • The timely reporting of any complaints and/or suspicious activity in line with company policy and procedures

Skills and personality required:

  • Strong communication skills
  • A great team player
  • The ability to work well independently and a good use of initiative
  • At least Grade C GCSE Maths and English
  • Proven customer service skills from a similar high volume environment
  • Confident, outgoing individual, with the ability to build customer relationships
  • Excellent keyboard skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a professional and positive attitude both within the office environment and with customers
  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy at all times
  • Previous experience of working within a customer services role would be preferable (call centre, retail, hospitality etc)


Hours will be generated on a shift rotation, working Monday to Friday, either 8:00am-4:30pm or 9am-6pm (depending on shift pattern) with no weekends required.

If successful, you will undertake 4 weeks worth of training, however, the hours for this will be 8am-4:30pm so you must be able to accommodate this initially.


Once basic training is completed there will also be a further L&D course implemented, outlining a clear plan for agents to achieve progression.

The salary on offer is £19,250.00 per annum plus benefits, however, the base salary will increase on 1st February to £20,240 per annum plus benefits.

£19,250.00-£20,240.00 per year
