Responsibilities:


  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members to enhance their selling skills
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

Salary:
From £25,106.73 per year
