Description
Jobstore are currently recruiting for a results and detail-oriented Administrator to join our clients leading fincance team based in the centre of Bury.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Using an in house IT system as well as Google Suite, Microsoft packages and QuickBooks
- Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments or meetings
- Provide clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of basic finance procedures and systems
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Pay:
£11.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
