Description

Jobstore are currently recruiting for a results and detail-oriented Administrator to join our clients leading fincance team based in the centre of Bury.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
  • Using an in house IT system as well as Google Suite, Microsoft packages and QuickBooks
  • Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments or meetings
  • Provide clerical support to ensure efficient office operations

Experience:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of basic finance procedures and systems
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills

Job Types:

Pay:
£11.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
