We are recruiting for a Customer and Standards Administrator to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this position is to support the customer and standards team in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, adhering to high standards, and implementing best practices within Cabin Services.

A crucial aspect of this role involves championing the customer and placing them at the core of our operations.

The position collaborates closely with Standards Managers to identify opportunities for enhancing our existing processes, with a focus on benefiting customers, overall operations, cabin crew, and the management team, in addition to managing day-to-day administrative tasks.

Location & Hours of Work

  • This is a fulltime 40 hour per week position. Hybrid working is available with a minimum requirement of 3 days at Luton Airport. Network travel is also a requirement for this position.
