We currently have a great opportunity available for aSales Coordinator, for an exciting business based in Seaham. You will be responsible for providing further support to the team, within a specific sector of the business. The role will be covering a variety of duties and will enable you to be vital part of the team and build upon your skillset. We will consider experienced individuals, as well as those seeking to find a career.
Duties as a Sales Coordinator:
- Handle queries effectively and providing excellent customer service
- Dealing with purchase orders
- Handling quotations and stock checking
- Ensuring orders are followed up on and reach their correct destination
- Liaising with internal and external parties
- Understanding the company products/services
- Updating company systems
- Assisting with other relevant adhoc duties
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- A strong telephone manner
- The ability to provide a high level of customer service
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Strong timemanagement skills
To be successful as a Sales Coordinator, you will have a keen eye for detail, good organisational skills and proactive nature.
