This Client offers an intense, pragmatic and highly individualised focus on client matters drawing on substantial experience of advising a range of UK & International clients to achieve their goals.


Description

Duties include:

  • Speaking with Client's and taking personal details and details pertaining to their claim
  • Drafting Housing Disrepair Pre-Action Protocol Compliant Letters of Claim
  • Confident telephone manner and communication skills
  • Assessment of specialist claims with due diligence and attention to detail
  • Reporting into your Team Manager for advice, guidance, or transparency around matters.
  • Accepting or rejecting claims based on evidence acquired

Profile

  • GCSEs 5 A-C including English and Math
  • Proclaim/Zoho experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Excellent Administration and organisation skills
  • High standards of customer and client care
