Care Assistant for Lady in Brundall - £13.

00 per hour 12 Hours per week AM only:

Social Care Opportunity
I'm a mature lady living in my own home.

I'm in need of some assistance around the house such as household tasks, cleaning, shopping, meal preparation and some personal care.


Location:
Brundall

This position is for 12 hours per week, but ideally would be flexible to cover other PA shifts.

I would like someone to come in 2 hours 6 days a week preferably in the morning between 9am-11am Monday - Friday and Sunday, but I can be flexible.

Can be a job share, happy to reduce hours to suit you.

Job will include:

  • Meal preparation.
  • Help keep the kitchen tidy, wash and dry dishes, cups etc.
  • Occasional food shopping
  • Assisting in and out of shower/ bath
  • Other light household duties
Person specification

Essential

  • Female due to the personal care aspects of the role.
  • Understanding of confidentiality
Summary terms and conditions

  • The rate of pay for this position is £13.00 per hour
  • Hours of work: 12 hrs per week
  • The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks
  • A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer
  • Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer
  • Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months
  • Training will also be required for insurance purposes, this will be covered by the employer.
