Waiting Staff / Waiter / Waitress who has a friendly and helpful manner with excellent customer service skills is required to join a team of servers at a family run restaurant in Edinburgh, Scotland.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
If you've worked in hospitality then great. Although this is not essential restaurant will provide full training. However, you will need great customer service and people skills.

SALARY:
£12 per Hour + Tips

LOCATION:

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for Waiting Staff / Waiter / Waitress who has a friendly and helpful manner with excellent customer service skills.

Working as Waiting Staff / Waiter / Waitress you will support the team to ensure guests receive a top-notch service and enjoy a memorable dining experience.

As the Waiting Staff / Waiter / Waitress having previous experience would be great, although not essential.

However, you will need excellent customer service skills and be able to multi-task to ensure the breakfast, lunch or dinner service goes smoothly.

DUTIES

Your duties as Waiting Staff / Waiter / Waitress include:
Greeting guests upon arrival and escorting them to their tables

Presenting menus and explaining menu items to guests

Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Serving food and drinks promptly and courteously

Anticipating guests' needs and providing assistance as required

Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area

Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints professionally

Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential as full training will be provided

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude

Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
