Recruitment Consultant - Graduate level

My client offers an amazing benefits package to all graduate recruitment consultants including:

  • £24k base salary with uncapped commission. OTE £50k 1st year

They have been in business for over 12 years and have grown substantially becoming market leaders in their field with offices across the globe including London, Aberdeen, Berlin, Cape Town, Houston,Calgary and Ibiza The top biller in the company billed 500k last year and a recent graduate has billed over 100k in their first 8 months.

They expect graduate recruitment consultants to earn £50k in their first year.

Last year we placed a graduate recruitmentconsultant with our client and they are already out in Cape Town having proven themselves as a hard working, motivated recruitment consultant This is not a job for someone who wants to sit back and twiddle their thumbs - you will be expected to work VERYhard.
