Dove & Hawk are working alongside a well-established, world class serviced office provides with offices all over London.

They are on the hunt for a Central Sales Manager to join the City of London office and win business to continue taking the company inan upwards direction.


What to Expect:

  • Managing the central sales team, ensuring daily and monthly tasks are completed
  • Conducting 121 meetings, creating objectives and progression plans
  • Annual leave approval and following sickness procedures for the central sales team
  • Reporting: provide executive team with accurate statistics for lead flow, viewing completion rate, sales team members conversion rates and more
  • General overview of the CRM system and housekeeping of data
  • Dealing with external leads and enquiries which supports internal data capture and reporting purposes
  • Extensive diary management of sales team, ensuring viewings and internal meetings are correct and no clashing, you will have full responsibility and overview
  • Full upkeep of the circulated availability report to be sent out to external broker and agent community.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with brokers, agents and clients.
  • Ability to work within a fastpaced and everchanging role, while maintaining a clear strategy and bringing stability to your team
  • Compliance with the process and procedures as laid down by the company
  • Adhoc tasks from executive team such as including all new building onto external platforms i.e Valve
  • Responsive and client facing
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously or within a team to achieve set goals
  • Strong organisational skills, being able to prioritise and multitask
