We are currently hiring for a live-out senior carer to work waking-night shifts based just outside of Bristol (so a driver is required). The care is for an elderly woman with dementia who is awake on and off throughout the night, and therefore requires close supervision. The pay is £160 per night, and the current schedule is 4 nights on, 4 nights off.

We are looking for carers who have:

NVQ Level 3, and 2 years minimum dementia experience
Fluent English and excellent communication skills
High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to client needs
Utmost professionalism and knowledge of care delivery
An 'above and beyond' mentality

We provide all your training and induction and pay above industry standard wage to ensure we only work with the best carers.
