Responsibilities:


  • Engaging with vulnerable adults at risk of homelessness and delivering tenancy related support.
  • Carrying out risk assessment and creating housing support plans.
  • Documenting all interactions with tenants including support sessions.
  • Signposting tenants to relevant health and social care services.
  • Building relationships with outside agencies to deliver partnership working.
  • Ensuring all tenants are seen on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in scheduled and unscheduled training sessions.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
