Role Overview
This role has responsibility for identification, design and delivery of professional "best in class" L&D interventions to meet the developing needs of Group Functions.
A key focus of the role is relationship management of the internal customers, understanding and supporting current needs and future capability requirements and working with internal/customers to identify appropriate L&D interventions with a key focus on leadership.
What you'll do:
- Design and deliver a blended learning and development approach
- Conduct a variety of measurement activities (e.g. surveys, facetoface feedback) to measure success.
- Support the development and delivery of our global academies such as out Digital Skills Academy and Sustainability Academy.
- Work with the wellbeing team and our comms team to develop a strategy and comms plan for wellbeing across Group Functions.
- Make data driven decisions when identifying training gaps and needs
What you'll bring:
- Strong (and recent) L&D experience working in demanding and pacedriven environment within Healthcare, Financial Services or Global bluechip organisation.
- Strategic and operational L&D programme management
- Clear and engaging communication and presenting style
- Comfortable with handling change and ambiguity
- Experience of senior stakeholder management
