A top legal 500 firm are recruiting for a residential development lawyer to join their team in Reading. This firm are internationally recognised and very progressive and forward thinking.

Being highly ranked in the chambers and legal 500 guides, it is oneof the most respected firms in the Thames Valley and working here would be an excellent career move.

You will be joining a large team (3 Partners, 1 senior associate, 2 associates, 1 solicitor, 1 trainee, 1 senior paralegal and 2 secretaries) as part of the Development and House Building Team.

The team is focused on the acquisition and disposals of developmentland, planning and construction matters and secured acquisition and development finance.

Be a solicitor, legal executive or senior paralegal.
Have a strong commercial acumen and be passionate about residential development.
Preferably, have knowledge of development/funding transactions but this is not essential provided that you have good experience of handling other property matters (including residential property transactions).
