Duties:
- Assist cu online stomers in finding and purchasing books
- Provide recommendations and suggestions based on customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay uptodate with new book releases and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly store layout
- Excellent English language skills for effective communication with customers
- Previous experience in sales, such as jewelry, technical, or electronics, is a plus
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously
