Automotive Service Advisor Required in the Liphook, Hampshire Area.

Salary: Up to £35k Basic DOE

Hours:
pm Monday - Friday

We are currently working with a well-respected Motor Trade Family Run Specialist Garage who have recently opened up a new workshop in the Liphook area and looking for a Technical Service Advisor to join their expanding team.

This client has benefited from an excellent reputation before moving to Hampshire and they offer a complete vehicle maintenance and repair service and benefit from an expanding customer base.

Due to the demand our client is looking to recruit a Key Service Advisor who they can trust and rely on.

This will free up the business owner to develop and expand the business further.

They are seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor who has at least 3 years' experience within an Automotive Aftersales / Service Advisor position.

Our client would consider a Technician who is looking to utilise their technical knowledge in a professional customer service capacity; delivering world class customer service and be the glue between vehicle mechanics and MOT testers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor to join a company that is committed to ensuring their staff enjoy their working days and also world class customer service is delivered at all times.

Within this Service Advisor role your typical duties will include:

Dealing directly with customers
Liaising with the Technicians and Workshop Controller to provide a great customer service
Responding to customer requests and concerns
Tracking the vehicle through the workshop updating the customer at all times and scheduling services
Mentor, coach and lead by example to existing members of staff in your service team
