You will be on the front line, providing valuablesupport to clients ensuring their sites are running smoothly and selling more online.

As the first point of contact, you will be liaising with clients and internal colleagues to provide updates on the progress, status and priority of requests.

09:00-17:30


What's Involved?

  • Act as first point of contact for clients communicating internally and externally using Slack, Google Mail, Google Voice and Google Docs
  • Let client know request has been received, seeking any further clarification necessary
  • Determine complexity of request and how much time is needed to complete
  • Regularly update clients communicating priorities, progress and status of requests
  • Generate reports to allow clients to understand how the service is being delivered via Clockify, Google Docs, Jira, Shopify and BigCommerce
  • You will get a strong understanding of the systems clients use so you can review, test and implement small changes via Google Dev Console, Browserstack and Google Lighthouse
  • Carry out administrative tasks to get clients set up on the system
  • Help clients how to understand ticketing platform, Jira Service Desk
