Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Labourer for a Permeant role.


Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team.

The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.


The Role:


  • Site clearance.
  • Removal and disposal of materials and rubbish from site.
  • Collect and deliver materials to sites.
  • Assisting trade personnel on site, as and when required.
  • Full UK Driver's License
  • Core trade qualification is advantageous but not essential.
  • 5+ years' experience within a similar role building/carpenter role

Working Hours

  • Monday
  • Friday
  • 40 Hours Per Week
  • Lunch Break
  • Basic Salary: £26000
- van+ fuel card.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday
to Friday
