A Commercial Property Solicitor role has arisen at a long standing and highly reputable South Manchester based firm - to be based at their Altrincham office.

The caseload is very varied including preparing and negotiating leases, site acquisitions and sales, purchases and sales of mixed used premises and developer finance.

Your experience should include:

All aspect of commercial property
Property Development work
Acting for borrowers in property refinancing
Landlords and Tenant leases

The role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1 years' post qualification experience in a range of commercial property work and is looking for a new opportunity in South Manchester with a successful and growing firm who can offer a variedcaseload, great working environment and excellent long term prospects.
