Concierge Security Officer


Location:
Salford, Greater Manchester


Job Type: 36 hours per week (Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday 09:00 to 21:00)


Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and experienced Concierge Security Officer to join our team.

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, their guests, and their property.

You will also provide excellent customer service and act as a liaison between our clients and their guests.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitor the premises and identify potential security threats
  • Greet and assist guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Control access to the property and ensure that only authorised individuals are allowed entry
  • Respond to emergency situations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and team members
  • Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
  • Follow all safety and security procedures, including enforcing company policies and procedures

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar security roll
  • Posses a relevant and valid SIA Licence
  • Pass vetting to BS7858 standard
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time
  • Reliably commute to and from the clients site in Salford

Pay Rate:
£10.65 per hour


Salary:
£10.65 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Salford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- relevant security: 1 year (required)


Language:

- fluent English (required)


Licence/Certification:

  • SIA Licence (required)
