We have a great opportunity for a
Communications and Engagement Co Ordinator to join the Costain team working on the Southern Water, CMDP framework.


About The Project
CMDP is a joint venture between Costain and MWHT and delivers a range of schemes to maintain and improve Southern Water's Water supply and wastewater treatment works in the eastern half of its region (Kent & Sussex)


Key Responsibilities
Work with the Framework Director and Senior Managers to assist in preparing presentation material for various internal/external communications
Help and support the CMDP social media platforms
Support the management information between project delivery teams and client/external parties
Support organising volunteers / STEM Ambassadors and Apprentices / Work experience placements / Community events
Contribute to production and submission of Key Performance Indicators and reports
Support Internal and client events
Maintain day to day office environment i.e stationary, worktops, cupboards
Ordering of new starter PPE, Laptops, Phones
Set up inductions and ensure they are attended and follow up


About You
Knowledge of digital communications and producing social media campaigns
Able to plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums
Able to work both independently and as part of a team and prioritise a busy workload
Strong I.T skills and confident using Microsoft 365 package
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
General administration experience
Enthusiastic with a "can-do" attitude
