The Role
The below is a brief summary of the role, more details will be discussed at the
interview stage.

Based from our depot at Porterbrook rail innovation centre and working closely with the Regional Operations
Manager you will be responsible for completing on-site grounds care services
including grass cutting, weed control, maintenance of shrubs and flowerbeds,
planting works and litter picking.

  • Represent the company with a polite and professional manner.
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Experienced in running a team of operatives.
  • Complete all relevant job documentation via a mobile phone.
  • Identify and report any H&S issues or site standard issues to the line manager.
  • Ensure safe onsite working practice.
  • Complete basic maintenance and upkeep of vehicles and equipment under your control.
