Meraki Talent are engaged with a leading global manufacturing company to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to their Glasgow team on a full-time permanant basis.

This opportunity offers a hybrid working model and an excellent salary depending on experience.
As an Executive Assistant for this highly reputable business, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of administrative support to C-Suite executuves of the firm


This will include:

  • Managing complex scheduling of meetings
  • Anticipating meeting requirements and providing materials in advance
  • Managing travel requirements including transport and hotel bookings on an international level
  • Leading compliance with regards to tracking and processing

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • At least 5 years PA/EA experience
  • Experience working with a global organisation
  • Experience and ability to work proficiently with automated tracking
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills
