Meraki Talent are engaged with a leading global manufacturing company to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to their Glasgow team on a full-time permanant basis.
This opportunity offers a hybrid working model and an excellent salary depending on experience.As an Executive Assistant for this highly reputable business, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of administrative support to C-Suite executuves of the firm
This will include:
- Managing complex scheduling of meetings
- Anticipating meeting requirements and providing materials in advance
- Managing travel requirements including transport and hotel bookings on an international level
- Leading compliance with regards to tracking and processing
To be successful in this role you must have:
- At least 5 years PA/EA experience
- Experience working with a global organisation
- Experience and ability to work proficiently with automated tracking
- Advanced Microsoft office skills

- Excellent communication skills
- Confident in working independently
