Job Role- Administration Jobs- Contract Type- Perm- Location- UK- Salary- £22,000 - £27,000- Date Added- 09/08/2023- Date Expires- 06/09/2023- Industry- Charities A forward-thinking, dynamic charity based in Birmingham are currently looking to bring onboard an Events & Membership Administrator to join their team in an exciting, part-time position This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to use their previous administrative/events experience to support an established organisation


This is part-time, permanent position working 20-25 hours per week and paying £22-27k pro-rata, depending on experience.

  • Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Scheduling meetings, liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Coordinating key internal and external events, liaising with venues and speakers, updating all team members on progress and relevant activities
  • Working closely alongside the marketing team and management to promote the various activities and events
  • Supporting with HR administration, coordinating training, health and safety audits, and the recruitment process
  • Ensuring all documentation and files are uptodate and accurate on internal CRM and HR systems
  • Handling general IT enquiries, and being the first point of contact for any queries
  • Supporting with the coordination of a companywide internal digital transformation, focusing on security, data protection, and pricing/costs for new systems
  • Consistently liaising with the management team, including the CEO, Finance Director, Operations Director and Marketing Manager to report feedback on events progress
  • Providing any additional administrative support to the team as and when required
