Description
We are delighted to be working with this Bournemouth based client who are looking to recruit a developer. The role will involve maintaining and developing their platform.

In addition to developing new features and enhancing existing functionality, the developerwill support existing clients with front-line bug fixing and tool customisation requests.


You will be responsible for:

  • Designing, maintaining and pushing code to quality standards within projects aiming for stability, scalability and maintainability.
  • Anticipating project development needs, raising potential issues to the team and client early, and proactively seeking solutions.
  • Tailoring and using the proper development process within projects.
  • Collaborating with other developers, designers and testers in order to successfully launch stable digital products.
  • Opportunity to learn and work with a friendly team.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of PHP / HTML / CSS / jQuery / MySQL.
  • Problemsolving aptitude.
  • Ability to learn and develop your skill set.
  • Experience with Linux webserver management.
  • Experience with Laravel (or other MVC frameworks).
  • Experience with React.
  • Knowledge of CSS precompilers (SASS) and CSS patterns.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration / Deployment.
  • Experience with GIT.
