About the Role
The Harley Street Clinic delivers excellent neuro, cardiac, oncology care amongst other specialities. This is an ideal time to join the Theatre department at The Harley Street Clinic as a Theatre Scheduler.

In this role you will help to create an effective flow by managing the scheduling of patient procedures within a complex, fast paced theatre department.

You will possess confidence to lead and manage theatre bookings in collaboration with the theatre coordinator and other stakeholders. Liaising with the Consultants and their secretaries, you will answer the telephone and schedule/reschedule/edit procedures per Consultants request.

Skills:

Experience of the clinical operational running of surgical services in a hospital setting, (preferred not essential)
Able to demonstrate an understanding of medical/clinical terminology
Capable of using various computer system to include Microsoft programs such as Outlook and Word, telephone systems and scanners/copiers
Communicate with various departments to facilitate scheduling
Understanding of CSSD codes, (preferred not essential)
