A successful private practice largely specialising in Private Client is looking to bring an experienced Fee Earner to their Lincoln offices.

The firm pride themselves on their friendly and approachable demeanour and customer-friendly legal advice and have gone from strength to strength over the years as they have began to cover other practice areas, such as Employment and Property, to name a few.

If you are looking to take the next step in your career with this friendly firm, you have upwards of 5 years' worth of experience in Private Client and live locally to Lincolnshire, then please keep reading to find out more


The role:

  • You will be welcomed into and fully complement the Private Client team made up of 10 lawyers including CILEx, trainee Solicitors and Paralegals on a variety of Private Client matters
  • To start with, you will be working on Wills and Trusts but following a settling in and training period, you can expect to be working on Probate and LPA matters on top of your established Wills and Trusts caseload
  • You will joining a well established Private Client team headed up by a CILEx lawyer who place no particular focus on billing targets and KPI's, making this an ideal team to join
  • Following a settling in period, the client is open to conversations surrounding flexible working opportunities, however, the successful applicant will be able to commit to the majority of your work being conducted within the office
