Service Coordinator (Know Your Mind, Know Your Mind Plus and Hospital Buddies)

Mind in Bradford are looking for a Service Coordinator to help develop and implement three of Mind in Bradford's children's and young people's (CYP) services; Know Your Mind Plus (KYM+), Know Your Mind (KYM) and Hospital Buddies:

Salary scale:
£20, £20,670 per annum (£24, £25,493 per annum full time equivalent)

Hours: 30 hours per week.

Base:
Kenburgh House, 28 Manor Row, Bradford, BD1 4QU and various GP practices across Bradford

Responsible to:
Programme manager

Annual Leave: 25 days pro-rata plus bank holidays

Probationary period: 6 months
