Compliance Coordinator

Salary:
£25K-£28K pa + Performance Bonus

Employer:

Location:
Shoreditch, London EC2A

Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm

Duties & Responsibilities

Identification checks
Checking and verifying documentation
Continuous updating of records accurately as required
Maintaining spreadsheets
Assisting with reporting and updating the sales team with new starter's compliance status
Liaising with the sales team and escalating possible issues and any delays that may occur
Monitoring the compliance mailbox when required and responding in a good timely manner
Attending regular meetings with the sales team to provide updates and feedback
Uploading of documents and notes to the company CRM
Creating ID badges
To carry out other ad hoc duties relevant to the post
