Customer Service Assistant required to work for a successful, large organisation in the Wrexham area.
This role will suit a Customer Service Assistant with a track record of history doing administration and customer service who is comfortable dealing with technical queries.
Responsibilities:
- Processing orders and meeting strict deadlines
- Manage telephone calls from customers
- Answering technical queries as and when required
- Data entry onto a bespoke system
- Liaising with a variety of internal departments effectively
- Exceptional Customer Service
- IT Literate
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills
- The ability to build rapport and work in a team
