Do you have strong Double entry experience as well as management accounts and financial accounts experience and are you keen to work in a financial services and property investment business.

If so then this could be the role for you.

If you have an outstanding track record, strong communication skills and a desire to be a Financial Controller in the next 2 years then this could be the role for you.

This unique business has just secured over £100m in it's latest funding line and as such is looking for a talented individual to join its team as it grows revenues from £50 to £100m.

Reporting into the Finance Director you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable;
Posting all journals including prepayments and accruals;
Preparing group and individual management accounts;
Preparing statutory financial statements;
Preparing and filing tax returns;
Assisting with audits;
Maintaining accurate financial records;
Bank recs, payroll, tax returns
Understanding the nature of the interaction between the various systems used by the company to run the business;
Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting;
Adhering to best practice;
Requirements:
Proficiency in Excel
2 years in practice minimum
ACA, ACCA, CIMA, partqualified
