We expect all of our staff to arrive for work on time ready to start at the agreed time with the client.
Full training will be given but we require some experience (whether this is an RHS course, degree, City and Guilds, or some hands on work such as a trades background). Please don't say you have experience if it doesn't show on your CV, as you will be rejected immediately.
Be able to work on your own as well as within a team.
Hard working and willing to work in all weather types. This is not a role for a fair weather person as we don't stop for rain.
Be trustworthy and reliable.
Have good attention to detail.

Here at Military Precision Gardening we lead by example, so we won't ask you to do something we wouldn't do ourselves.
