The key responsibilities of the Recruitment Administrator include:
- Managing applicants through the recruitment process
- Ensuring adverts, job descriptions and person specifications posted are line with standards
- Acting as a key point of contact for applicants, hiring managers and external stakeholders
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within recruitment
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Recruitment Administrator should have:
- Experience working with administrative processes in a high volume, process driven environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a busy environment
- The ability to identify problems and resolve issues effectively

- 35 hours per week
