The key responsibilities of the Recruitment Administrator include:

  • Managing applicants through the recruitment process
  • Ensuring adverts, job descriptions and person specifications posted are line with standards
  • Acting as a key point of contact for applicants, hiring managers and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within recruitment

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Recruitment Administrator should have:

  • Experience working with administrative processes in a high volume, process driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a busy environment
  • The ability to identify problems and resolve issues effectively
