Mechanical Assembler / Electromechanical assembly operative

Xpert Resourcing are working with a Saffron Walden based company who work in the scientific fields looking for assembly operatives with a superb eye for detail looking work in a world class products

The package on offer includes:

- £ £30000 salary

Duties include:

Assembly & Testing of products
Mechanical and electrical assembly following detailed manufacturing processes
Carry out quality & performance checks
Completing all necessary documentation along with the testing process
Help to identify areas for continuous improvement
Checking all subcomponents
Participate in all continuous improvement (LEAN, 5S etc)
Liaise with the supply chain team for necessary stock levels of components
Supporting other departments when needed
2+ Years experience in a mechanical assembly environment
Strong practical skills
Wiring
Soldering
Crimping
Ability to understand technical drawings
Positive attitude
Adaptable and willing to learn new skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
