Description
To work with the Patient Flow Practitioner (PFP) and be a point of contact 7 days a week for bed capacity issues on site (to work within a team on a rotational basis).
To proactively support the discharge process and liaise with PTS service for 'on day' discharges.To provide admin support for the PFP's.
To provide training and troubleshooting with staff members using different computer systems used in the Trust; Safecare, Health roster, CPD, PTS booking system
