The successful applicant will have an excellent opportunity to support, lead and develop the team on Fendrod Ward.

As Clinical Lead applicants will be expected to demonstrate a passion to want to work in mental health services and have a passion for Male Services.


We are looking for someone who has a drive and passion for recovery focused care and can demonstrate effective leadership and change management skills.


To play a critical role within the Fendrod management team, the post holder we be expected to maintain high standards of evidence based nursing care.

This will be accomplished through completing regular audits of the nursing's paper work completed by the Band 5 nurses on the ward, having regular supervisions with the Nursing team to ensure that high standards are maintained and to ensure that the team are supporting each other.

The post holder will be expected to deputise as role of Ward Manager in their absence.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply
