Purchase Ledger Clerk


Salary:
£22000 pa


Working hours:9am - 5.30pm Mon to Thurs (9am - 5am Friday).

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to develop good working relationships
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.


One of our well-established clients in the ST4 area, Stoke on Trent is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team to manage the daily running of the Purchase Ledger.

Duties include;

  • Accurate input of supplier invoices on to the ledger.
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Investigating queries and anomalies where relevant
  • Sales Ledger returns and raising Purchase returns
  • Producing monthly statements
  • Prepare BACS supplier payments and send remittances.
