Legal PA needed for much celebrated US Law firm

Salary - £52,000

Hybrid - 3/2

Location - Liverpool Street

Working for one Partner, the firm have a 6:1 ratio in their Finance/Energy department. Within this practice group, the Legal PA will have a broad range of duties and responsibilities including extensive travel arranging, diary management, some documentationwork and anything else in between

The Partner is a long-standing member of the firm and is incredibly friendly and easy to get along with.

The rest of their team are like minded and are looking for a talented Legal PA to be main cog in the wheel.

Previous experience is desired, preferably working within a Law firm providing support at Partner level and having strong organizational skills along with an ability to pre-empt the fee earners' needs and be one step ahead would be a huge benefit too.

Abackground in Finance, Energy or Infrastructure law would be great along with the confidence in meeting the frequent demands of a fast-paced role.

Based in spectacular offices in the centre of the City and a favourable hybrid policy, the location should suit almost everyone.

So, ideally sought:

strong Legal PA experience, Private Practice Law firm experience (ideally US), good Microsoft Word skills and a 'people person' who can get on with the team.
