Project Manager

  • Talent Management/HR Solution


Project Manager, ideally with experience of procuring and implementing an enterprise talent management/HR solution/or enterprise solution within a large and complex organisation is required for our Higher Education client.


The Project Manager will be responsible for picking up the procurement process, setting up a project governance, integration to implementation/go live of a new enterprise talent management solution through to implementation go live.

Essential Experience

  • Proven Senior Project Management experience with an understanding of both Prince 2 and Agile/SCRUM project methodologies.
  • Experience of implementing enterprise solutions within large and complex environment delivering transformational change.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder engagement abilities with the skills to work with a variety of stakeholders covering sensitive matters to build a consensus.
  • Ability to maintain a strong attention to details whilst working to high level strategic goals.
  • Proven experience of delivery transformation change.
  • Procurement experience including the full procurement process, managing suppliers and implementing new solutions/go live.
  • Experience of managing the implementing of new enterprise solution including integration with other systems and business processes.
Senior Project Manager

Desirable Experience

  • Experience of procuring and implementing an enterprise talent management/HR solution within a large and complex environment.
  • Experience of procurement and implementing an enterprise talent management within a Higher Education, University and or government/public sector environment.
6-12 month initial contract with scope to last 24 months.
